A significant Activity—Extend Training
On 18th-19th June 2004, all of the staff of Marketing Department joined in the extend training in Beijing Learning Extend Training School. During the two days, by utilizing the specific training instruments, through the challenging causes, each employee has obtained once training opportunity in the aspect of understanding group function, understanding self potential and increasing the self-confidence, overcoming the mental inertia and chastening the backbone of conquering the difficulties, enlightening the imagination and creativity and improving the ability of solve the problems, etc. This activity has helped to increasing the cohesion of the Marketing Department, establishing the teamwork spirit and entire conscience, forming the active warm atmosphere and creating the win-win thought.
