The MAE Northern Co., Ltd.(MAEN) is a high-tech enterprise. The company belongs to Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences (CAAMS) which is a great technology enterprise directly owned by the central government of China. Its sponsor is Modern Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. (MAE) which is the main forces in the CAAMS group in agricultural equipment business. MAEN makes its position in the technology development, production and sale of modern agricultural equipment and focused mainly on the larger size agricural equipment for dry-farming. It covers the most of filed operated mechanization equipment for whole process in the dry-farming, grazing and hay handling equipment, livestock feeding equipment, water-saving rrigation
equipment, and the facilities for greenhouse. Furthermore, the company is also an active dealer and/or agent in China for oversea famous brand of agriculral equipment.

·The first set grazing machine of John Deere Co. sold in May.

·The GM Liu Hanwu was invited to Brazil, America for investigation. He investigated Brazil Wimade tractor factory, PIRACICABA/SP sugarcane cropper machine manufactory, DMB sugarcane planting machine manufactory, sugarcane process factory, Culidiba CNH factory; America thibodoux john deer sugarcane cropper machine manufactory, America sugarcane process factory and farm.
·Our company signed the franchiser agreement with America Big Plain on August 4,2003.
·In June, marketing department sold “Middle Agricultural equipment—503” half-feeding reaper, which obtained 1 million special allowance prize.
·On Nov. 11th, the marketing department summary conference is held, which summarized the work in 2002 and put forward the task and working plan in 2003.

·In 1st Feb, the manufacture, technology and sale business of XDNZ-2008 non-branch Self-Propelled green forage reaper was combined to Marketing Department.
·In 28th Feb, held the “Modern Stockbreeding” academic report conference in Changqizhou of Sinkiang
·In 1st May, 9YB-56 coarse fodder cooked flake wrapping machine was exported to Pakistan.
·XDNZ-2008 non-branch Self-Propelled green forage reaper and 2CM-2 potato planter was appraised to be eligible, and obtained the promotional permit.
·On 19th Sep to 4th Oct 2004, Vice GM Liu Guangyu and Cui Gang was invited to American Plains Company to join in the technical and business training, undertake the production and operational status of Plains Company, and systemically accepted the technical training, after service training and business training of seeder product of Plains Company, which has improved our service technical level and business development ability.
